Abbas Rahmani
Chief Executive Officer
Abbas Rahmani is the Founder and CEO of HYBRES. Abbas holds an M.Sc. in Electronic Engineering and is an accomplished entrepreneur, inventor, and technology developer with extensive experience in safety, rescue, and advanced engineering systems. Throughout his career, he has designed and developed innovative solutions in RF systems, inflatable technologies, welding systems, hybrid rescue vessels, and emergency response equipment.
Abbas is the inventor of more than 10 patented innovations, including international PCT patent applications, and has been recognized as an IFIA Silver Medalist for his contributions to innovation and technology development. In addition to his entrepreneurial activities, he has served as a university lecturer and research team leader, contributing to the advancement of engineering and applied technology projects.
As Founder and CEO of HYBRES, Abbas provides the strategic vision and technical leadership required to develop next-generation hybrid rescue robotics and maritime safety solutions. His combination of engineering expertise, product development experience, and entrepreneurial leadership enables him to guide the company from concept development through commercialization.
Abbas is responsible for overseeing all company operations, coordinating departmental activities, directing product development initiatives, and managing strategic partnerships. He also represents HYBRES at international exhibitions, investor meetings, and industry events, where he promotes the company’s mission, builds new business relationships, and supports the expansion of HYBRES into global markets.
MANDANA ALGHOUSI
Technical Advisor – AI & Robotics
Mandana Alghousi is a Technical Advisor to HYBRES with a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering and an M.Sc. in Information Technology. With more than five years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, robotics, and intelligent systems, she has developed expertise in advanced autonomous technologies and data-driven solutions.
Mandana has worked extensively on AI-based systems, machine learning applications, and intelligent decision-making technologies. Her technical background enables her to bridge the gap between software intelligence and real-world robotic applications, supporting the development of next-generation autonomous maritime rescue systems.
As Technical Advisor, she provides guidance on AI capabilities, autonomous navigation concepts, intelligent control systems, and emerging technologies relevant to HYBRES’ rescue robotics platforms.
Her expertise in AI and robotics contributes to HYBRES’ mission of developing innovative technologies that enhance maritime safety, improve rescue effectiveness, and help save lives.
