Abbas Rahmani is the Founder and CEO of HYBRES. Abbas holds an M.Sc. in Electronic Engineering and is an accomplished entrepreneur, inventor, and technology developer with extensive experience in safety, rescue, and advanced engineering systems. Throughout his career, he has designed and developed innovative solutions in RF systems, inflatable technologies, welding systems, hybrid rescue vessels, and emergency response equipment.
Abbas is the inventor of more than 15 patented innovations, including international PCT patent applications, and has been recognized as an IFIA Silver Medalist for his contributions to innovation and technology development. In addition to his entrepreneurial activities, he has served as a university lecturer and research team leader, contributing to the advancement of engineering and applied technology projects.
As Founder and CEO of HYBRES, Abbas provides the strategic vision and technical leadership required to develop next-generation hybrid rescue robotics and maritime safety solutions. His combination of engineering expertise, product development experience, and entrepreneurial leadership enables him to guide the company from concept development through commercialization.
Abbas is responsible for overseeing all company operations, coordinating departmental activities, directing product development initiatives, and managing strategic partnerships. He also represents HYBRES at international exhibitions, investor meetings, and industry events, where he promotes the company’s mission, builds new business relationships, and supports the expansion of HYBRES into global markets.

Ralph Peter Price is the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy & Business Officer (CS&BO) of HYBRES. He is an experienced business strategist, board advisor, investor partner, and senior marine engineering professional with more than 25 years of international industry experience. He also holds over 30 professional certifications and has extensive expertise in business development, ESG principles, sustainability, corporate governance, and strategic growth.
Throughout his career, Ralph has worked with organizations across multiple sectors, helping companies develop growth strategies, secure investment opportunities, strengthen governance structures, and expand into international markets. His deep understanding of the maritime industry and global business environment provides significant value to HYBRES as it develops innovative rescue and safety technologies.
At HYBRES, Ralph is responsible for corporate strategy, business planning, investor relations, partnership development, and long-term organizational growth. He works closely with the executive team to establish strategic objectives, identify new market opportunities, and build relationships with stakeholders, investors, and industry leaders worldwide.

Mandana Alghousi is the Co-Founder and AI & Robotics Specialist at HYBRES. She holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering and an M.Sc. in Information Technology. With more than five years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, robotics, and intelligent systems, she has developed expertise in designing and implementing advanced autonomous technologies and data-driven solutions.
Mandana has worked extensively on AI-based systems, machine learning applications, and intelligent decision-making technologies. Her technical background enables her to bridge the gap between software intelligence and real-world robotic applications, making her a key contributor to the development of autonomous rescue and maritime robotic systems.
At HYBRES, Mandana leads the research and development of artificial intelligence technologies that power the company’s rescue robotics platforms. She is responsible for AI architecture, autonomous navigation concepts, intelligent control systems, and data analysis solutions that improve operational effectiveness and safety.
